Painfully slow to load racecards - something wrong with one or more of the ads?

Same here, very irritating and seems to be happening regularly of late; poor service considering their fee and the fact they force you to look at all the stupid bookies ads which slow the site down anyway.

I really worry about the RP site. I have years worth of ratings and comments for jumps racing in there. If they ever feck it all up and I lose the ratings it will cost me my livelihood.

Last few weeks ratings, comments have gone missing or had to be re-entered numerous times and they say there is no problem other than the crash they had a few weeks back. Really worrying times - wish I didn't have to rely on this piece of cr@p site.

My thoughts exactly - I have contacted them twice recently about the site being unstable and unreliable - I have not received a reply and they have the audacity to call ne an "Ultimate Member" ......

I'll be fair - the site has worked well in the past but when your livelihood depends on whether they get their $hit together and they are so bad at communicating any issues it really is worrying.

There is no alternative other than developing your own database but even if i started that now I have years of ratings in the RP which somehow I'd need to transfer - would be the end of me betting (9-5 time)

Will on customer service desk R/POST said they are aware of the problem. I think he said it's to do with a new firewall they installed. The technical team are on the case.
Go and do something else for an hour-or-two seems to be the advice
