LOST BLUE SQUARE ANTE POST BETS

I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH BLUE SQUARE WHICH HAD AN ANTE POST BET ON GRAND NATIONAL.  NOW BETFAIR HAve taken over i cannot find  any trace of the bets in eother the new or old betfair account  ( i was already a betfair user,)

any idea how i can trace the bets i put on with bluesquare otr have i been screwed  by betfair.

i have sent an email to betfair but yet to receive a reply.
