I know what u mean re the prices but it seems that ladbrokes now keep the prices for a short while the night before as u can't get them in the morning.
I managed to get £50 on at 50/1 in the shops just after 8pm. They didn't cut it till 8.45. |

Unless u live in a big city and have 8am opening shops u can't get the prices in the shops in the morning. U can't get it on the phones as they don't open till 9 and u can't back it on the Internet as they won't take anything at all on there!
They shouldn't be allowed to advertise these prices but as some people can get a fiver on the Internet that covers them I suppose. Disgusting outfit. |

If u get the racing post app u know what the selection is the night before. I thought that was general knowledge.
I look at oddschecker to see where it is highest before about 7.45pm and that was ladbrokes. They were still 50/1 so I headed off to the shop up the road as I can't bet online or on the phone. I wrote it out on 2 separate slips as anything that takes out more than 1k has to phoned thru I was told by the manager. I had 8 each way and 34 win in total but she didn't phone anyone. |

Paulie - u r probably right. In the morning I doubt if they would lay more than a tenner, not that it matters as my nearest shop that opens at 8 now is about 25 miles away so I don't bother with ladbrokes anymore unless I can get on the night before.
