Same as with the Cheltenham one, have tried to make the questions vague to combat googling, the majority are hopefully fairly easily solved, I'll be disappointed if a couple don't last until tomorrow though...! Good luck

Q1 – This has happened 4 times in the Grand National since 1960, what is it?

Q2 – I ran in the same race at the Festival six years running, falling on my inaugural start, I redeemed
myself thereafter finishing with form figures of F14311, who am I?

Q3 – Div 3 of the Coronation Hurdle in 1974 was won by one of Bob Turnell’s decent hurdlers, Tree Tangle, unplaced behind him were a future Arkle winner and runner up, name them?

Q4 – Over a ten year period this race proved very fruitful to favourite backers with 9 out of 10 victorious, the 7th in the cycle proved to be the disappointment, name the race and the horse who was the beaten favourite?

Q5 – It could be said that I always upped my game at Aintree, over a consecutive six year period my form figures read as follows: 116114, if the rain had stayed away I would argue that it would read 111111, who am I?

Q6 – What does the following list represent and what is the common denominator?

John Jenkins 1000
Gordon Richards 109
Venetia Williams 96
John Kiely 32
Caroline Bailey 16
Simon Christian 14

Q7 – I ran at the Festival six years in succession, jumping 156 fences without a blemish, on my last appearance I carried round a chap who has gone on to prove a much better trainer, than he ever was a jockey, recording victories at both Cheltenham & Aintree, name the pair of us?

Q8 – Although not unique, it has only happened twice at Aintree in the last 50 years, what is it?

Q9 – Which combination fell at the final flight when holding every chance in the Liverpool Hurdle, then remounted and completed for 4th place?

Q10 – My first placing over the Aintree fences resulted in me finishing a respectable but well beaten 4th, 36 years later I returned to improve one place into 3rd, who am I?

Q11 – The 2002 year was different to all other years with regard to market leaders, what made it uniquely different?

Q12 – These 3 all rode Aintree Festival winners before adding training Group winners to their respective CV’s, who are they?

Q13 – What do the following riders, D.Gallagher/P.Brennan/M.Dwyer/D.O’Regan all have in common at the Aintree Festival?

Q14 – For 13 consecutive years I  succeeded in getting each of my mounts to place 1st, 2nd or 3rd, who am I and what race am I referring to?

Q15 – Is it any wonder I did not win, I was asked to run from way out of the handicap and my jockey couldn’t even bother to make the correct weight, putting up 2lb overweight, the greedy flogger…! It was not the National thankfully, but the weight told in the end, I still think I did exceptionally well to finish a gallant second beaten 5 lengths.
A change of jockey worked wonders, as although faced with a similar task the following year, I led the field a merry dance and was still in front at the line, who am I?

Q16 – The 1986, 1989, 2009 & 2010 renewals of the Bowl under its various sponsorship, all had something in common, name it?

Q17 – Of all the winners of the Red Rum H’cap Chase since 1990,only four have managed to notch up  more than 2 additional career wins after their respective victory in the aforementioned race, name them?

Q18 – Running in the same race over a three year period we improved our position each year from an initial 3rd placing to a victory at our 3rd attempt, name each combination that did the Ted Rogers 3-2-1?

Q19 – The 1981 Foxhunters contained 8 horses ridden by people who went on to train, name the 8 and state which have gone on to train winners at the Aintree Festival?

Q20 – In a consecutive four year period we all trained horses that failed to beat an Aintree stalwart, though our charges did manage to make the first 4, we were all somewhat more accomplished at training flat horses, with each of us training Group winners, name the four of us?

Q21 – These two people are the only individuals to have a sole winner at the Aintree Festival and to have trained a Group winner, name them? Note exclude all and there are many, who have had winners and placed horses at the Aintree Festival and trained Group winners.

Q22 – Over a period of eight consecutive years, the podium places in this top race included runners from 9 dual purpose trainers, who number the following between them

3 Chester Cups
3 Doncaster Cups
4 Ebor Handicaps
5 Lincoln Handicaps
7 Fighting Fifth Hurdles
7 Champion Hurdles
7 Classics
8 of them have had Royal Ascot winners
5 of them have held the title of Champion Trainer
Each of the 9 individual Trainers qualifies under at least two of the criteria.

Name the race, the 9 Trainers and the two without a Royal Ascot winner?

Q23 – I had victories at both Cheltenham & Aintree on my CV and was less than pleased to finish tailed off on my final appearance, though I was 16 at the time and in my own mind had already retired, who am I?

Q24 – Two horses careers finished with their victories in the Red Rum H’cap Chase, name them?

Q25 – Paul Nicholls has trained a placed horse at the Aintree Festival (1st to 4th) starting with every letter of the alphabet except three, what are they?

I think the problem with the first question (and don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying guessing in an immensely frustrated way, and the work you've put into the quiz is phenomenal) is that, as we've established with some of our previous attempts, there isn't simply one answer.  There are lots of things that have only happened four times since 1960.  It could be there were no fallers at Becher's, because that's only happened four times since 1960 (not including the void race), except you've already said it's nothing to do with fallers.  The 'perfect' quiz question has one, indisputable answer.

I feel like I'm in that episode of Friends when Phoebe sets a quiz and one of the questions is "what is the best thing about trees?" Laugh

Q1 beat everybody so that alone made the effort of putting this together worthwhile.

As Jezebel pointed out though, questions that prove to have more than 1 possible answer are always going to cause anguish, apologies to all frustrated by the continual stream of no not that posts from me...!

As all will appreciate I'm sure, compiling questions these days with the internet available, that are not to easy, is more difficult than most would imagine, however, on reflection think maybe this time some were a little too extreme perhaps.

Never mind, here are the full questions and answers to free you from any frustration and allow you to sleep easily tonight...!

Q1 – This has happened 4 times in the Grand National since 1960, what is it?

Answer – The age of the first three home all the same 1962 (12) 1983 (8) 1992 (8) 1999 (9)

Q2 – I ran in the same race at the Festival six years running, falling on my inaugural start, I redeemed
myself thereafter finishing with form figures of F14311, who am I?

Answer – Credit Call in the Foxhunters between 1971 & 1976

Q3 – Div 3 of the Coronation Hurdle in 1974 was won by one of Bob Turnell’s decent hurdlers, Tree Tangle, unplaced behind him were a future Arkle winner and runner up, name them?

Answer – Broncho 11 who won the 1975 Arkle and Cancello second in the 1976 Arkle, winner of the Mackeson Gold Cup same year

Q4 – Over a ten year period this race proved very fruitful to favourite backers with 9 out of 10 victorious, the 7th in the cycle proved to be the disappointment, name the race and the horse who was the beaten favourite?

Answer – Due to data entry error question was actually incorrect, but ged received the points as he still got the answer…!

Q5 – It could be said that I always upped my game at Aintree, over a consecutive six year period my form figures read as follows: 116114, if the rain had stayed away I would argue that it would read 111111, who am I?
