In theory you should get your money back, but you won't.

the latest entries came out yesterday and the timing coincided with your bet,the market should of been suspended like on here,but being a bookies they don't do it,you have a strong case imo if you can get someone who understands these things working there

they are saying the horse was taken out of the race at 4 50 and that it was in when i put my bet on,therefore its a loser.i thought the entries were done around 10 30

it was jbs,no way was it taken out at 4.50 ffs

i asked her what time the entries were done but after about 20 mins came back and said she couldnt tell me.will try later again.have to get to my bed now,as i do nights

I had this once........entries norm just after 11am........I wrote to the then Sporting Life & eventually got my money back ......the Bookmakers argument was fair i.e..I backed a horse in that market.......i.e with non runners I would have got less odds (so id done well).
At the end of the day I backed the horse 2hrs after it was withdrawn & eventually got my money back.

Just to say .I can remember a V Good horse breaking down at home......books knocked it out A/Post........a snippit in S/Life abt the horse....I had 6 accs..........& called em all to back it......billies wanted to take the bet..........once id given em some abuse I was told  "If thats the case .........I would have been given my money back"
