Jockeys - are there any thicker 'sportsmen' ?

it was bad enough watching these planks try to run up the rail at Lingfield all afternoon.

Embarassing stuff that no one can ride fractions anymore just short people with balance u cant call them jockeys

Maybe they are the most genial sportsmen/women in the world,wherever there's a loser there's a winner etc depends which way you look at it imo.Do they make pre determined events look unlucky on a regular basis or is it the game of chance nature of horse racing who knows,doesn't stop us betting either way.

TBF they do know how to Dutch and work out odds Wallis.

Your average racegoer is an intelligent person I have always found, jockeys left school at 16 if not before and wouldn't have an 'A' level let alone a degree between them.
