anyone else having sound issues on ruk, it's the only channel for me that isn't working properly

well at least i know it's not me, cheers , was beginning to wonder if it was linked to subscription renewal, mine is due
I would imagine this would be given more coverage if it happened on atr

charlie mann on the otherhand looks like an explosion in a paint factory, brown loafers, burgandy cords, light blue socks a greeny blue jacket yellow shirt
Why watch ruk when they have no racing anyway - i presume it's repeats of Cheltenham anyway?
still the same for me, assume those affected yest are also without sound?
i've spoken to them, for those that have not called they are aware of it, but don't have a fix nor any idea on timescales at present

it might be worth trying to use the sound from betfair live video for RUK courses until they fix it , if live video sound is working .

you lot with no sound have had a result you do not have to listen to tom today saying the jockey and trainer are in cracking form

A lot of people recommend playing IR with the sound down and having tried it there there are advantages in that you don't get distracted by what others are calling. On the downside I did just do my entire bank backing the leader on the run in not realising they had a circuit to go.

interesting comment above about multiroom, mine is the 2nd box in my office, i don't have ruk on the main sky box but if we are all using multiroom that might explain the problem?

looks like its ok on HD boxes
i only have it on in one room that is an old sd box no sound

Is there a connection to the fact that it has also speeded up - an HD switchover perhaps?
highly likely, just been looking at some of the settings, wonder if there's an upgrade we can do manually or something else that will fix it, not found it yet
debated cancelling my subscription. Todays fiasco has made my mind up !Shocking customer service.And they're increasing the subscription ? What a joke.
are people with SD boxes pictures the same speed as betfair live video ?
my sd box has always been faster than live video for ruk whenever i checked it, still is today
tried reboot delta? could be they are doing fixes in batches so may just not have got to all yet
