i remeber 1 friday at thirsk in about3 yrs ago. 1st one won the next day there to on the saturday. i remember it well, i laid about 5 of em.

A few years ago all the favs at Thirsk won on both the Friday and Saturday if I am not mistaken.

They were ALL trying in those days, though.

theres a mate of mine who backs every fave to place in races with 8 runners or more , providing they are over 1.5.... he says he makes good money . I have never checked nor have i asked how much he has on his bets but he is a sound guy and not one to lie .
