have emailed three times and messaged them difference when PP crashed i got an email and what they were gonna do about it these guys customer service sux also when Simon Clare was on 432 talking about the offer .. the site was already down he must have been aware of this not a menion..stupid really as an admittance they were having technical problems might have prevented alot of the negative publicity and limited traffic to the site nothing just in this day and age not acceptable really |
