It's been carp since the 'new improved' site was launched, account balance shows as N/A most of the time, can't access account history either, bet slip fails to open to add bets, No Live Chat despite saying there is, site filled with buggy links etc.
A complete and utter shambles of a site, but I guess those responsible will all have got nice bonuses for telling how they delivering the new product to full specification and on time, within budget, even though it doesn't work, shameful. |
