Has anyone had their Best Odds Guarantee 'concession' removed from either their William Hill, Paddy Power or Betfred accounts?  In other words, has anyone ever tried to place a Best Odds Guarantee bet and been told it's not available to them?

I'm particularly interested in William Hill, but Paddys and Betfred examples would be useful too.

Many thanks all for your responses so far.

Levskie101 - Did you know when you placed your bet that they weren't going to offer Best Odds Guaranteed?  Either way, did they give you a reason for refusing to let you have Best Odds Guaranteed?

Nope i just placed it as usual, and noticed i think i had 8-1 on Nicky Richards horse and 7-1 on Jumps Road, obviously i seen the sp of both horses Richards came in at 10-1 and Jumps road at 9-1.

I checked my statement and other horses that LOST had BOG next to them but the double did not. Waited to be paid and obviously i was paid by the shorter odds. I went onto live help and was promptly told they could not speak to me about this and i had to phone up, since then BOG does not come up when i place a bet, live help again told me this is something i must phone up about, which i plan to do later today/tomorrow.

its an offer, so i would imagine they can withdraw it from who they like, when they like but you would like to think they could have at least let you know though.
