...why we can get into every market but they can't open them for betting.

It's so they can claim 99% uptime , doesn't matter if you can bet so long as their stats look good at the AGM

they will be doing test runs on the markets to see they work right be4 they reopen them.

markets post 4.30 have been open for 10-15 mins, the earlier ones won't reopen, never do, allows for them to mamage it and us to get positions sorted
