said last time you could lose a fortune with bets in the system and nothing else set up to get out with. Halved my betfair bank to accomadate this,another example of them just not being arsed about their customers.

Why would you want your bet refunded. If you didnt want it why did you make it in the first place?

You dont seem to have understand the concept of risk when dealing with an online site and how to keep those risks  to a minimum when the unpredictable happens.

Of course just coming onto the forum and whinging is the easiest thing to do.

It never hapens on a back to lay ie. back a horse at say 4.0 with a view to lay it at 3.8 site crashes your £1000 back bet stands site crashes horse wins happy days. Always seems to happen when you lose

I can understand a couple of the races like the Imperial Cup infuriating people wanting to perhaps lay off but the vast majority of bets are struck half an hour or less before the off. If you bet on football of course you have every reason to feel aggrieved.
