it's not the tweaking that's the problem - if the lack of f***** testing between the tweaking and the roll-out that's the problem.

purple is looking very appealing,main reason is not having to give betunfair 1/2 of any winnings every wednesday to use there amateur site,all the money their mugging off people & you get a cac service like this.

If the downtime has cost you money can you claim it back or sue Betfair, or, as I suspect, do their terms and conditions mean it's treated like 'an act of God'.
Doesn't affect me but there must be people who lose tens of thousands due to these disruptions.

they probably dont have any funds and cant be arsed lookign for the details and the username password just for a few hours use
why people dont give purple a go i dont know,would be better all round if betunfair didnt have a big monopoly,thats why they get away with giving a poor service.
a mass exodus would be required and I just can't see how it would be done..
you're right of course book, and it's been said many times before, but the problem for many is that their betfair balance is their betting bank and it takes so long to transfer money that they're not going to wait that long before they can have a bet again.
