Don't abuse conman tipsters on twitter

Don't know the whole story, but I think Toby Pedley lost his job with a bookmaker after having his tweets pointed out by someone, who may well have been Carl Harris. His grievance goes deep.

A Twitter user has been ordered to delete tweets, tweet an apology and pay £7,500 to another Twitter user in a judgment handed down by the High Court of Justice, Leeds Queens Bench Division last week.

Judge Gosnell ordered Toby Pedley to delete all tweets relating to racing boss Carl Harris and his partner, and to pay a hefty sum in damages. Pedley must pay Harris £7,500 in damages and £10,000 in legal costs. Pedley also has to post a correction and apology to Harris on his Twitter account @THFCP1980 by 4pm on the 28 February

The asa decision would be overturned in a court of law imo they say for the last 28 years we have not had a ratings system thats easy to overturn we have had a seperate ratings system.

Video proof of the £37,500 won. We placed an advert in The Racing Post with our claim of £37,500 PROFIT 375+ POINTS We had to provide all our evidence over many months to assist the regulators who went over our advertisement with a fine toothcomb. We explained all selections were proofed in advance of the races taking place by time stamped e-mail on a regulated proofing spreadsheet that includes date, time, race meeting, horse, amount of money on the bet, bookmakers price (no exchange prices allowed) and a screen shot to prove that price, to our chartered accountants and to The Racing Post. We sent our master copy of our proofing spreadsheet which contained details of the selected horse, race time meeting and odds as per above,  the Chartered accountants provided copies of time and date-stamped emails in support of the claim to the regulator. We also sent screenshots from the relevant bookmaker's websites to prove the availability of the prices on the bookmakers websites. It takes a considerable amount of time to do this everyday to abide to strict regulations and to support any challenge made against any profits or winners we advertise. The regulators stated the proofs were from the Brimardon horse racing  selections and they noted that the running total at the end of the period, set out in their master spreadsheet, exceeded the £37,000 figure stated in the ad. (In fact profits had been understated and in excess of £37,500.) Each recommended bet was lodged independently, by e-mail, with The Racing Post and Brimardons Chartered accountants before each race. The regulator requested Brimardon to provide copies of over 100 of the proof e-mails, showing wins, throughout the relevant period. The regulator also requested for The Racing Post to provide a smaller sample of emails received, which we selected at random. The regulator assessed the data and noted that the selections sent to both the accountants and The Racing Post corresponded with Brimardon's master record which verified that the e-mails were sent before the start of the relevant races, which was confirmed by the electronic date and time stamp in the e-mails. Furthermore, the regulator had noted from the sample of sent e-mails provided by The Racing Post that the dates, times and content of the e-mails corresponded with the received versions held by Brimardon's accountants. The regulator also noted Brimardon included screen shots from the relevant bookmaker's website confirming the availability of the recommended odds for the horses Brimardon had advised. Because the regulator considered that the two selections of proofing e-mails provided by the Brimardons accountants and The Racing Post verified the accuracy of  Brimardons records concluded that Brimardon had substantiated the profit claims. Our advert was investigated by the regulators who looked at the advert to see if it complied with substantiation, honesty and being truthful we were found to be 100% correct in our profit claim. The advert for the £37,500 profit was truthful, honest and substantiated We believe it's the first time in the history of horse racing that anyone has ever proven by a regulated third party that they made a substantial profit of £37,500. You hear it all the time that tipsters or systems do not make money they are wrong, the best do make money and we now have the full truth in black and white. A full copy of this historic document is available by request. The above is printed as it's openly available on the www. but you will struggle to find it because all the horseracing tipster/ system review websites are corrupt they sell you the tipster/ systems they own/ take a cut  themselves. Some racing websites and a lot of horse racing forums frequented by habitual losers and trolls do not want you to know that any good systems and racing services make money so we've have brought it to your attention so you can see the truth. We make money as proof above so never let anyone tell you that systems do not work. Remember only The Racing Post have the required independent proofing system required by the authorities. Other none regulated Tipster/ System proofing sites and the same review websites and all forums should be viewed with caution. It's not regulated on the internet here are the golden rules to save your money. If they do not have a UK office with a normal number like ours 01423 705322 then don't join NEVER A MOBILE NUMBER. If they review other tipsters and systems then it's 100% sure they will sell you something better NEVER TOUCH THEM. All horse racing Forums have many trolls and habitual losers if you take note of losers you will become one yourself, only take advice from winners and they are not on horse racing forums wasting time they are finding the next winners. Took your advice Brim,stayed off the forum (never even look during racing hours btw).............looked at form for a while and it made no difference at all..............STILL WON without a computer generated load of bollox or a bet I didnt need to have.

I have one for you........OF THE CLAIMED £37,000 profit (not disputing btw,but to £100/200 staking units is not difficult to achieve).............HOW MUCH have your clients added to their banks SINCE the ADVERT or has there been an erosion?
