A horse is born to run and wrapping them in cotton wool will do more harm than good to the thorough bred race horse.

Would like to see his P/L - to see exactly what this halfwit bets on. Bit sad really to open an account on a betting site just looking for an opportunity to post something on said site's horse racing forum whenever there is a fatality. What a waste of a life.

The Zebra owes its fleet of foot and health to the lion, without the pressure of survival animals
would become as fat, unheathy and lazy as some humans...

In Yellowstone park the population of bison were becoming unhealty and out of control along with other species
then some one suggested placing the Wolf back in its rightful place, the whole project of re-introducing the Wolf back was a complete sucess as its keeping animals fit and healty with the pressure of survival that makes them strong.

Don't Push It finished his last race in sixth, so how he's been killed by NH racing is anyone's guess.

IF you ban racing animals then how many thousands of horses and greyhounds would be have to be destroyed simply to please a few half wits that cant face the factt that you cant operate on animals as well as humans when they have accidents on race courses or simply in fields when galloping.

Vets have to be present at all meetings and many inspections and tests are due for all manner of things and the trianers, owners and other folk all love them and care for them.

i think its been proven that a large percentage of horses, given the choice, would never jump anything and will  walk a long way round rather than leave the ground

It's inconvenient for you blackcat isn't it that Desert Vision just died galloping on the flat at Wolverhampton. Rather ridicules your argument. It's a tough sport but horses die just gambolling in their fields at home. You really should stop these threads which just highlight your stupidity.

Born to race, no races no horses and greyhounds, but the lobbbyists say in the United states are actually payed by the casino betting sites to keep up the Anti racing mob in clover, check out how many casino web sites promote articles to ban racing!

The Bookmakers in the UK will try the same thing in the future if they can keep the farming of punters with casino type FOBT in place, greed again used to alter cultures that have been intact for thousands of years as man has worked and used horses and dogs in work and sport for this amount of time.
