It's not that I follow their tips blind but there is some good info. given, the banter is good and the commentaries are in real time on flash player.

Listening to WH for a while makes me realise how good Timeform Radio is. Alan D. is a great presenter. Nice bloke. No bookie's bias. Difficult job to fill an afternoon's racing alone. Pity they had to cut costs and can't afford to have a pundit in the studio every day.

Timeform is NOT owned by Betfair. That's why it's not called Betfair radio!! I agree though that Betfair should subsidise the service as it is huge advert for Betfair.

It used to be called Betfair Radio.... I don't know tbh. So it was daft of me to pretend I do.Blush In fact I will call Betfair helpdesk and ask them. If it turns out they DO own Betfair I will make the point that sweetchildofmine made. Will report back later....

Equally disgusting that old man Murdoch pulled the plug on SLR.
Been gone almost a year but still miss that service.

The Betfair 'helpdesk' bloke was useless. He said that Betfair 'presumably' pay Timeform for the service. I said 'presumably' means that you don't KNOW!! He said I would have to phone Timeform, not Betfair to get the answer. I just did that and the neither the Timeform woman nor her manager knew either!! Fobbed me off by saying I would have to e-mail radio@timeform.com

PATHETIC.

I will e-mail radio@timeform.com which is an e-mail address for timeform, not betfair. On the other hand, timeform have a direct connection to
http://betting.betfair.com because the tipsters/analysts on Timeform Radio are the same people who write up the Betfair site!!

It all looks very dodgy to me. Neither wants to criticise the other so the question as to WHO cut the radio service and why remains unanswered.

Not say WH radio is rancid, but bookmakers want you to lose. Timeform want you to win.

Coffe   according to wiki   "Timeform Publications is a publishing company in Halifax, West Yorkshire, England founded in 1948 to provide information to fans, bettors, and others involved in the horse racing industry. The company was purchased by the sports betting exchange Betfair in December 2006."
