If the cashier has signed 8/1 then surely they have to pay you at 8's. Dont let them pay you at 5's.

bit of 7 and 15-2 about but only with the mythical books like bet £3.65 . Ladcrooks were top at 8

i remember someone before posting a name and number of some organisation that settles betting disputes

well thats not a marked difference in price,ask the manager to phone customer services for you.
and go from there.

i had 7-1 with vc at 12:49 pm yesterday, if i remember they were biggest (or joint biggest price) at the time on oddschecker. possibly an error by the counter clerk, any decent company should pay out just to show good customer service imo.

but at 12.00pm lads were 8 as my mate bet it online with them and got paid 8

IBAS settle any disputes. had to go there a few times myself times as these lot try it on all the time !!

It looks like they're trying to avoid paying out at the ante post price.
The price history on oddschecker says 6/1 & 5/1 for yesterday but these were "day of the race" prices not ante post.

Makes me laugh when they want to pay you at 5/1, which shows its a load of cobblers as I am sure if the price  did change around the time you put the bet on it would have been  no lower than 6/1 so why are they paying you SP !
Does anyone know what price it was around 1.00pm ?
Would be surprised if it was down to 5/1

I backed it online at Ladbrokes at about 11.30am at 5-1. Maybe the 8s was a happy hour price or something along those lines?

It just shows that even when a bet is signed and timed they can renege on it, stinking firm

will hills 15 to 2 for twenty mins at 9.00 am i got 50 quid in 2 shops. they also going enhanced price on something today at 12 pm . dont know what yet but you have to be in shop. it will be worth it.

Can't believe this horse was ever 8s yesterday at 12pm. Best backed horse on here all morning...

the counterhand must have checked the screen if he wrote and countersigned the 8/1 price. did you see him physically check the screen? if so I'd contact IBAS they are fair regardless of what some punters say.what have you got to lose?
