Never had a crash on B/daq but your betting options are "limited"

I rang the helpdesk and they informed me that all non matched bets would be cancelled.

on days like this - Saturday Racing, 3PM kick offs for the football.....Betfair should be providing updates EVERY 5 MINUTES imo.

absolutely dire treatment.

The simple response is to withdraw your business from the site once and for all. This is the usual way of dealing with a business that fails to deliver.

I thought that upgrading and moving everything to ireland was supposed to prevent this kind of thing,glad ive withdrawn most of my money.
