Yes he was pretty much permanately pickled but a very good actor indeed and a true great Briton. I'm not saying use him as a role model for the youth of today but by Christ he nailed absolutely shed loads of fillies. If Ollie was a racehorse appropriately enough he would be Saddlers Wells I would say.

Ollie used to turn up regularly at a working men's club near me in Donny. Nobody had a bad word to say about him. Generous to a fault and great to be around.
