Not sure the betting had anything to do with, Dwyer did something similar at Lingfield few runs back, terrible judge of pace.

Yeah my bogey horse this one, lost everytime I have backed it, about 4 times this year, but 6lb better off for a head last time looked too good to resist.
Unfortunately didn't anticipate the overweight or the desperation to lead, admittedly not a great draw but surely would be better dropped in as only just about gets the trip anyhow....pretty much handed the race to the only other likely winner really.
