How long does verification take?

My account has been suspended since Sunday because my son chose to self-exclude his account - and because the accounts are based at the same address, my account has also been suspended until I send some verification details.

I have sent these details on Sunday and my account is still locked!

I called the helpdesk on Sunday and they said 48 hours but still waiting.

Has anyone else faced something similar to this?
