Xmas. A time of year for giving presents and watching old movies. I always try to watch a few I like and a few I have not seen before. Any suggestions?

Loved all the old Will Hay and Abbot and Costello films,and The Marx Brothers.
Also the old westerns,John Wayne and Henry Fonda in a lot of them.
At this time of year it must be "it's a wonderful life",remember every time a bell rings an Angel gets its wings .

it was originally banned,and only on video, in black n white, pretty sure about that, but i could be wrong, i may have watched it on a black n white tv, but i dont think so, either way i wouldnt stand a bet on it, i know ive watched it in black n white.

The Exorcist, Ice cold in Alex, as well as Dr Who and the Daleks.....Seen all three.....IC in A, the only one in black and white...The first two good films....The 3rd not bad, but as a kid loved it and have nostalgia on my side.

Whatever happened to Baby Jane was a brilliant film with Bette Davis and Joan Crawford, also loved Cagney in Love me or leave me with Doris Day. Afraid that modern day film stars just don't cut the mustard as far as acting is concerned.
