Batman and Robin scooped up at Navan yesterday.

Laddies priced up the race at 426pm Saturday, then 365
moved in at 445pm with the two same races as their 'feature race'

This on a busy day !

Suffice to say I am now 62 / 62 consecutive lays because they are
making it far too obvious where 'false money' is coming from.

Laddies back to normal were first in, Commissioner Gordon is no Nicholas shops hate him Rust !

Sporting Life aka laddies have been sussed by the Riddler.

Steer clear of the 365 9/2 Chestnut Ben in the 150 Newbury and the 9/1 Royale Knight in the

Laddies massive on Ertikaan so there's a non trier, will add Warfare as the 365 tempter,

Kampai in the 230, will watch this horse with an eagle eye.

I am not prepared to walk into a guessing game with 365 or laddies.

Pretty childish laddies holding back and only WH joining in this morning.

365 cut this to 9/1 late afternoon yesterday, it has snippets of form so you
'caped crusaders' have been outfoxed by the riddler again.

Had laddies gone 11/2 yesterday who is to say I would have got involved.

My advice is to keep one's money in one's pocket in this race and to boycott
all insane machine playing ( however, laddies one's freeze all the time apparently ! )
as the race starts.

With pennies in betfair these days how a bookmaker can be scared of a plain old arber like
Taylor is beyond me.All bookies need to do is get in decent traditonal odds compilers and
move prices according to real money and true knowledge of race horses and conditions.
I once stood behind Taylor in the betting ring at Ascot he put 2 quid on a horse!

I think I am getting to laddies, could they be shaking Gotham City to it's roots !

Since when have they failed to dodge a 365 feature race let alone a whole nights
early prices for the morning !

For the first time this year 365 stand alone in the 420 Wolverhampton.

Is this in the wake off the Eddie Ahern front page story of the post today ?
Should not bookmakers be accountable for false money ?
Should not bookmakers who with hold information that horses are not trying be accountable
for it's actions ?

Is it fair trading ?

Is it bad to lay a horse as a owner, trainer or jockey yet not for a bookmaker to lay a bet
to a honest customer knowing the horse will not win.

I have records of over 120 horses now, a high percentage on here I have predicted NONE have won.

I have no information, I judge form and race conditions, look at the difference in prices and by
a process of elimination work out the 'false' gambles.

Why cannot the Stewards do just that and look at those two 365 feature races closely and decide
themselves who to bring to justice ?

135 Lingfield - Royal Caper first struck me as stand out - but Bubbly Bubbly at 7/1 was the 365 falsie.

My question remains how can so many bookmakers be different in price.
Any decent reader of form can put horses in order of preference, there is not betfairs money to
make a difference as 4 years ago either.

Every single night there is massive differences, are the traders poor, I think not.

It's obvious so obvious bookmakers bit back to curb the arber and now they are stitching up the
genuine punter.

Maybe the favourite will win the 420 Wolverhampton as 365 went 7/4 at 430 pm
There was no indication of any price contraction until 820 pm

Very rare indeed it took that long for the 'caped crusaders' not to cut a horse over 4/1 !

Report ManOnTheSpot December 21, 2012 11:37 AM GMT
I am building a huge 'case file' which shows how bookmakers are using 'evening markets'
to create false gambles.

I needed to gain credibility first and I think with now 139 horses on the trot failing to
win at all prices 4/1 and upward in the 'caped crusader' feature races it begs the question -

Are the bookmakers in question any better than the likes of any jockey found guilty of not trying
to win at the expense of the punter ?

Gun Shot at the OK Coral in my opinion have the best traders in the country. They do not get
involved in the 'evening goings on' and in general trade fairly and openly.

I can move a price with a few phone calls without a carrot be laid, and to quote 365 who have no real punters (as they are all barred) who probably have a 500 quid liability each horse on the night before markets is not the most reliable angle.

since mine was one of the comments quoted by 3DUCKEGGS, I note with interest that I've managed to bewilder him!

so here's the situation:
1. bookies manipulating markets on horses they either know, or suspect won't win
2. our hero spots the signals and wins a lot of money.

my question is whether the bookie has any more info than you or i would have in judging these horses... and if so where are they getting it from? If it's purely bookies reading form and making judgements (and then manipulating the market accordingly to suck in mug-money) then fair enough.

130+ successful lays suggests that there's more info than just judgement involved. I'd still be really interested to see a breakdown of trainer + jockey + owner for each of the horses laid...

What I find bewildering is the shock of this info.  Bewildering if people feel a multi billion pound industry is possibly left a game of change and minds reading form with just a few in built margins for the bookies.  It's not and all the big stables are in bed with bookies and some have been for generations.  It's all there in fronmt of your eyes everyday when you bet or look at prices. All this info released in the press and the twaddle you hear on ATR.  Ninety nine times out of a hundred they are the first to know when it matters in relation to info.  They'd do everything they can to increase their profits, including put aways, false gambles call them what you like.  I could go on but it's all been said before.

Laughable isn't the word for 365 holding out the 7/1 for both Well Refreshed

Nearly 2 hours in fact as 11/2 and 5/1 were the best prices available with

Laddies now running scared of me and thus swerving the 365 feature races as my

( I will soon post the full details on here including a 13/2 to 25/1 drift on a marked

A document concerning blatant pricing up of horses in 365 feature races
in twin mode withladdies with the intention of taking money from the consumer when they
have information that horses will not win.

My point is simple.

Why should jockeys and connections be held responsible for laying horses
on the exchanges to lose yet bookmakers who us these two races to lay
horses they have information that they will lose ?

People ask why would they base profit on two races ?

It is simple, why do 365 pick these two races a day ?

It is easier to 'cheat two races' it is obvious.

Creating 'false gambles' in Evening racing was the 'brainchild' of a
later sacked laddies employee.

I will purely list the horses on here, the details I will send to the
press will show times, market moves, exchange movements, the timing of their
prices between the two changed alarmingly when I first highlighted it on here.

When tipsters advertise in the Racing Post they have to 'proof read first' in
other words they have to prove they are successful first.

Betfair is my proof, the 'caped crusaders' have hung themselves with their
write up's er laddies write up's on oddschecker and their syncronised pricing
of the feature races.

Still at least your lawyers will be happy Laugh

Absolutely brilliant thread MOTS has my utmost respect although still haven't really fathomed out how to arrive at the selections to lay.

not long til Monday now.... I'm so excited.   You'll look a right fool.  I really hope this happens and they print your name, possibly even a picture

Just a few things.
1) Have you added to your 126 pages
2) Which papers do you think will print that much literature - obviously it all relevant
3) Who will get done for liable 1st?  You or the paper.
$0 unfortuantly you haven't really backed everything up on here.  Therefore MOT as you aint posted on here much lately, I think its got a little out of hand.  I think you'll realise you're going to look a right p rick trying to prove your some super hero on here.
