Ground far too soft? Is this the Master Overseer with 5 wins on soft or heavy going?
|
|
By:
One and the same,Vole.
Horses going preferences do change sometimes over the years (Desert Orchid was once considered a fast ground performer). Master Overseer ran two absolute stinkers on heavy last year and then won the Midlands National on Good to Soft (Good judged on times). |

A strong conclusion based on limited evidence.
It had won on soft a month before the two poor runs so hard to offer the ground up as an excuse for them. Fragile horse but a tough nut on a going day. |
