I think that it reasonable to assume the delay is no longer temporary,Doubled.

So if betfair live video is as fast as sis have most exchange shops now closed ,or are there any still open in the uk where I could access turf tv

if you read doubled posts he said will stop at 180 days to give them every chance to correct problem

Would have to disagree with that racingstar. If subscribers kept on constantly complaining and threatened court action with contracts as has been said above then maybe the 'temporary problem' would get fixed.

Sadly as has also already been said most will probably just moan on here and do fk all about it.

SIS have altered the service and have admiited so,for that reason it's certainly not 1.01.

They don't care becuse no-one has done anything yet,however if half a million quid in contracts stop paying then they might find an alternative.

If it was just betfair live video speeding up then your point is valid.however as you well know sis have changed the speed of the pictures by moving premises therefore have altered the level of service provided.

If you signed up to bt broadband and they later changed your download speeds do you genuinely believe there is f all you could do about it.

You have convinced yourself that anyone with sis is Donald ducked  is this because you play from live video and are ejaculating at the thought that you might be ahead of someone with sis ?

This won't go to court because the legal team at sis will be aware they have moved the goalposts.

Please show me anywhere in the SIS Contract that mentions any guarantee of picture speed transmission (there is none).
Broadband speeds are entirely another matter.

SIS is a disgrace imho.....they have slowed their product down and they also own the media rights to the track pictures ie the racecourses the atr tracks pay them a sum for their pics being shown...laughable in the extreme...

Both points of biscar and racing star are valid, unless somebody has actually taken them to court then everything else is guess work, because as pointed out, that is the point of the courts.
In many ways things like this vary between customers, some would be able to get something out of court by knowing how to address companies (although if SIS are as stubborn as they are seemingly incompetent then perhaps not)

Would be interesting if anyone actually had any experience of what occurred between themselves and Sis under these circumstances.

welcome back doubled i to worked from home the last couple of days i have seen a slow down in bflv at wolver and lingfield last few days not able to compare is a bit of a pain imo

just compared sis with bflv at lingfield and they were exact imo

are they not showing the irish on sis+ doubled

sometimes they do but not guaranteed - currently showing a picture of the traps at hove and trap 4 having a sh1te

We have improved the latency somewhat but SIS+ does remain slightly faster at present.

We have asked Cisco, who manage our broadcasts, for advice on how we can bring picture speeds from MediaCity, Salford up to the same speed as those coming out of Milton Keynes (which SIS+ does) and await their response.  Unfortunately it doesn’t appear to be a simple fix.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me if we can be of any further assistance.

So its bull that no-one has complained in 3 weeks.

Must be some place that Media City - the cutting edge centre not as quick as Milton Keynes
While it may not be a "simple fix" nearly 6 months is laughable

at least they acknowledge sis+ is faster because it is from m/k so are they closing down m/k and if not why did they move to salford in the first place

is this the 6 months doubled

In the meantime,as a reward for this downgrade they are going to massively hike up the prices for home subscribers from May.
You could not make it up.
