I'll just keep replying to myself. Can anyone remember much of the history of media(RP) higher profile tipsters. There was H. Rix but there was a guy who just packed it all in wasnt there = just disappeared. Interesting decision and happens in other walks of life. Any views?

Former Pwise tipster Mel Collier is probably the man you are thinking of. Brilliant when he was at the RP but seemed to find the pressure too much as a tipster service. He returned to the RP a couple of years ago, not sure if he is still there ?? |

think he got the tin-tack from his last job , he used to post on here but got the right forest gump when a few wagon shunters had a pop at his tipping prowess, hope he has got a new job and is not on the rock n roll .seems a decent chap and we need more characters in this game ,good luck couch.

Yes Mel Collier, I think that was him, and I remember he was good, original, good ideas. But wasnt there someone else who turned to religion or something. Like he suddenly thought it was all so shallow. Oh well - I'll have a look at Folkestone today. Thanx everyone.
