The same value seekers that wanted to bet a horse at any price between 10s (available for pennies) to 7-1 yesterday that should've been 25-1+ as it had no chance on all known form.

No, the value seekers who want to back some other horse against the Pwise selection.

When Laddies have been the biggest price on the PWise selection.............

Have any of the selections actually won ??

I don't remember any that have !!
Report CJ September 13, 2012 8:57 AM BST
I'm with you then DSW.

That selection yesterday was plain awful, picked purely on it being 'unexposed'.

Dropping to 5f, when it falls out the stalls, runs green & a high head carriage and needing to find a stone improvement against a couple of genuine G1 sprinters.

It made the market total value yesterday.

Ladcrooks laid a massive tenner on bonnie brae at 14's.
I can understand why the word bookmakers doesn't appear on their shop sign.
Report silvergreaser September 13, 2012 9:29 AM BST
Ladbrokes were 9/1 at midnight, as per usual pushed it out to the so called RP advertised price 14/1 at 8.15 for peanuts, by 8.30 the horse was cut back in to 8/1, a joke.

I seem to remember Bonnie Brae doing Mr.Segal a favour earlier in the year?.

Since 2003, David Elsworth is 32 from 388 with his runners in handicaps that have been off the track for more than a month.  10 of the 32 were at Lingfield and Kempton all weather courses.  He is 0 from 7 at Doncaster with a 2nd and a 3rd.

And since 2003, in the month of September he is 1 from 38 with his handicappers that have been off more than a month.  The winner was Spanish Don at 25/1 at Windsor in 2003.

Bonnie Brae doesn't know that, but you do.
Report Aviboyd September 13, 2012 9:44 AM BST
^ Shame today's race isn't a handicap.  A lot of research gone to waste there imo...
Report whodareswins September 13, 2012 10:28 AM BST
a bonus point to aviboyd for spotting the mistake.  Was it deliberate?

Since 2003, in Class 1s David Elsworth is 12 from 117 ( fillies 4 from 50 )with his runners off the track more than a month.  1 from 10 in September which was Degas Art at 10/1 at Newmarket in 2006.

All 12 winners had an SP less than 14/1 when David Elsworth is 12 from 63.
