per race off time stand well they did last time.

you can think about scenario .. just to demonsttrate system broke happened again.

off time must be after 17:31 because i put my place only bets on at 17:31 according to my account and that was before the off

will this really take 3 hours?

if one of the cash cows lost out the time will be whatever he needs lol
