training at home is one thing, but there's no way of knowing how good frankel is at 1 1/4m until it tries it in a competitive race. today is that day. that and coolmore might try and feck with the wonder horse...muddling pace, hemmed in etc

High Lander zip cannot agree re training at home trainers like Cecel have had plenty of Champs up them gallops to decide if he stays or not .

not sure if there is a 10f gallop at newmarket but even if there was, I have certainly never seen any horse up there running at racing pace, over any distance.

highlander, he was quoted before off at winning by 4.75 lengths, so won 2.25 times my stake...safest bet ever too! My only danger was Queally deciding to showboat!

stu, i was more interested in discussing it than betting on it tbh - frankel won in a canter - it might even stay further.
i keep my eye on mr weld when he sends one over - he is particulary good with stayers as well. when the money started piling into it i knew it was going to win.
a house costs 200-300,000...so you laid 35,000 then....
fair enough highlander - to be fair you joined a thread with posters who made silly claims like buying a house and full bank.
