Anyone else having massive issues with loading Betfair markets? Seems the only bit of the site that works is the forum!  Last message I got said "server hangup" - other sites are working fine for me, so not internet.

Chrome not working for me either - very poor.  Paddy Power crashed Grand National day and they gave me a £100 free wager - won't expect anything from Betfair.

We're pleased to confirm a further progress report on the Customer Commitment – a set of 14 promises defined with your input to ensure we give greater transparency and clarity on key aspects of our business and service.

In June 2011 we launched the Commitment to cover five key areas of our business; protection for customers and their data, integrity in sport, customer service, communication, and the reliability of our products and services. Where possible each promise had specific targets so we could report back on our progress. We’re pleased to bring you this update with specific information on;

•    3 new Memorandum of Understanding agreements with the Japanese Football Association, European Rugby Cup and the Irish Greyhound board demonstrating our continued commitment to protecting integrity in sport

•    Confirmation that we again exceeded the targets set for Customer Satisfaction and First Time Resolution for our global service operations

•    And while we continue to work towards our target of 3 seconds for a full page load, we have seen load time decrease from an average of 24 seconds to 7 seconds as we migrate more betting markets to our new, faster platform.

Please visit promotions.betfair.com/customer-commitme... to view the full Betfair Customer Commitment update and if you want to make further suggestions for improvement please email commitment@betfair.com.

Our aim is to deliver the very best betting experience with the best possible service for our customers. We believe the Customer Commitment is an important reminder of what our customers expect from us. The next progress report will be delivered in November 2012.

Thanks
The Betfair Team

Protection for customers - There's a thread on GB just now, some guy got his account hacked last week

Integrity in Sport - Racing's never been so rancid as of late

Customer Service - LOL (Like the opinion poll they put up on the forum on the beta site that they haven't answered in months?)

Communication - see above

The reliability of our products and services - Yep, the sites working just great

No shame.

running 2 different interfaces will be tolling the server bandwidths with hitches galore.

Most customers using the website will usually use a handful of page loads to get to the markets of interest but the nagging beta requests and dismissals will be doubling sometimes the amount of page loads or have I missed something?

Customers should have a more customized and personal view which they control via logging in and no need for all this confusion...

A more neural design of server operations generally(globally) would be a better step forward.

It looks to me as though Premiere league football is the last straw ( on top of the rubbish the site is infested with ). It's been sticky for 2 or 3 years on Sat afternoons in THE SEASON.

Server systems that were modeled on a cellular design originally from the conception of the internet to withstand atom bomb attacks are now prey themselves to the domino effect because of the complexity of individual systems or sites so logically a cellular approach to server systems would regain reliability standards...

I suspect BF will be hitting there hardware vendors with the proverbial stick soon.
