I was in town this morning at 9am, there's a pub which opens at 9 but today was closed for refurbishment, the scenes outside as the regular 9'o'clock guys were standing round with their cans waiting for the pub close by to open at 10 was a sight to behold.

I didnt get out of bed till 10.30. Three rashers of british smoked back bacon. Two free range fried eggs from my local farm shop two grilled tomatos. One slice toast. Lots of fresh brewed cofeee

It might be marketed as a 'healthy' cereal but Kellogg's Fruit 'N' Fibre contains nearly as much sugar as chocolatey Weetos or sugary Curiously Cinnamon with 13.1g of sugar

Truly awful, they have that frankfurter texture inside, not fit for hounds.
