Baldfred Price Guarantee

Has Baldy changed the price guarantee terms? Last couple of days I have noticed price changes during the guarantee period. I asked the cashier what was going on but got short-shrift and was told I could only have the price on the screen. Not exactly good customer service, all I want them to tell me is, is there a price guarantee period and if so what time is it?
