worth taking all prices because he will be 1/20 again on the day after everybody else ducks the race.

Hopefully Nathaniel will run to provide a yardstick.

Surely the superstar Camelot will turn up ?

1/16 with Coral for the Juddmonte

By:
He'd be a lay at 1/20 upped in this distance. Although I won't do it because I want him to be the legend of a horse that he looks.
|
|
By:
How can he be a lay ??

1/4 with Lads. Available now. What do they know?

|
By:
They must know who Coolmore are putting up against him....SNA?

By:
Camelot, lol.
Frankel would stop for a cup of tea and beat it. |

What price if Nathaniel turns up? 5 on too big?

who offered the evens?

what a waste of a race today,,,,if i was the course director at gw i would have reopened the race and if there was less than 6 runners i would have cancelled it, as it was it was a no contest!!!he may as well have had an exercise gallop before racing!! fantastic horse ! pointless race today!
|
|
By:
And do you honestly think trainers would have been queuing up to see Frankel break the hearts of their horses the way he has done to all others that took him on previously?
Maybe you could name some specific horses rather than just make the general point because I'm not saying that in a stroppy way but I'm struggling to find any names myself. |
|
By:
he's actually beginning to look like he needs a step up in trip now.
Wish they'd think about the Arc. |
|
By:
The horse is great but we don't want to be asking questions how great at the end of his career by not going to the states and showing the world how special he is.

States absolutely not going to happen nor will not going there leave any questions - joke racing. Slim chance of Arc depending on how things go at York.
|
|
By:
19 left in the Juddmonte including Frankel and x2 possible Cecil pacemakers and x7 for Coolmore. Of the remainder the only credible opposition is Cirrus Des Aigles and Nathaniel and SNA of the O`Brien horses. Will the last three named all turn up, I doubt it, will none of them turn up, possibly. Overall I would predict a very small field and another roll over for Frankel.
|
|
By:
HRA setting up a sting perhaps, maybe this time Frankel will set fractions for Bullet Train to swoop late and clean up for connections

It's about the total test that the States would provide. The travelling the crowds and the heat.Dancing Brave couldn't do it and they were saying the same thing i.e the yanks horses were useless.Lets not forget the huge purses on offer as well. The horse is fantastic but surely you have to take up a different challenge.
|
|
By:
The different challenge will be covering 150 mares per season for the next 20-25 years.
|
|
By:
Dancing Brave had a bad journey over, was dehydrated in the heat that year when the race was run in soaring temperatures, was hit in the eye by a piece of flying turf and was also found with dirt in his mouth and throat after the race from presumably the same incident.
The Breeders' Cup comes at the end of our season and Dancing Brave had already run 6 times before that and had been on the go from the Craven meeting in April to the Arc in October. |
|
By:
My point is exactly that.ffs the aussies brought BC over and a darn sight longer journey than frankel would have to travel and won.Transport is a lot better now and I'm sure he would win but he has to be tested.
|

By:
IM - Santa Anita was Dancing Brave's EIGHTH run of that season.
