because of HIS human rights

Florian Abazi sneaked back into Britain to commit more crimes - and has been allowed to stay because he had a child with an English woman

A Deported Albanian robber who sneaked back into Britain to commit more crimes can stay... to protect his human rights.

Florian Abazi, 27, served four years for robbery in 2005 and was offered a £750 payment to go home when he finished his sentence.

But he smuggled himself back in, living here illegally for years.

He was caught and sentenced to 12 months in prison last year for defrauding Ladbrokes bookmakers by cheating on roulette machines.

Abazi used a special key to stop games early if he was going to lose his stake so he could claim back the money. He continued the process until he won. After his conviction the Home Office ordered his deportation. But he appealed, claiming that, because he has had a daughter with an English woman, sending him back to Albania would infringe his right to a family life.

He won and is allowed to stay.

A source said: “It’s unbelievable that a man who was happy to be paid to go home after committing a serious crime here not only smuggles himself back in, but then claims it’s against his human rights to be deported.”

Foreign criminals avoiding deportation have become a bugbear for the Government.

In May it was revealed that more than 100 foreign criminals who face deportation are being released every month because of human rights rulings. There are 3,900 overseas convicts out on bail here.

Officials start proceedings to boot out the convicted criminals or offer them payments to go home.

But once they have served their sentence they can only be held if there is a good chance of them being deported imminently.

Offenders use the Human Rights Act to say they have a right to a family life and the courts let them go pending lengthy appeals.

The UK Borders Agency said it was “very disappointed” with the court’s latest decision. But a spokesman added: “We have introduced tough new immigration rules that will correct the balance.”

He has a right to a family life, he just doesn't have that right here and so if his family mean so much to him then he can take them with him, problem solved.

I can't think of what was exactly said but it was something like as follows-- "A black man was once asked,  "why was it that the sun never set on the british empire?  Oh thats easy he said, God would never trust the british in the dark".

Our masters have always been a deluded bunch who can now list the Arab world as their latest victims. Their own people have always been a gormless bunch who richly deserve the mess they have led us into.
Sold out yet again.
