There's one guy that we're unanimous about in rating his intellect, and what a raconteur to boot!

I think we need the likes of Prescott & Gosden filling in the airtime on the racing channels...then we wouldn't whine as much

After Berry's letter in the post defending a jockey dropping his hands everyone now knows it hasn't taken him long to settle into the ATR Gravy Train. Nothing has changed on this channel bar the room they're 'tipping' from. John Hunt seems to give the impression after every race that the winner was no surprise. So long as you tip the fav and give the next 3 in the betting a chance as well then it's choo choo.

As Nick Luck said this morning, you expect jockeys / trainers to close ranks over incidents like the Newman one, and had it been a higher profile jockey, perhaps David Simcock would have too, but he didn't pull any punches on the Morning Line this morning and disagreed with Berry.

Rodway = clueless guesser who simply can't be bothered to do his homework.
Hope he gives his fee to charity. He doesn't deserve a penny for his slapdash efforts.

Agreed - often has something to say worth listening to. Chatted to him a couple of times on course, and he comes across as a decent bloke.

Seen more life on a fishmongers slab but i am sure he is a nice bloke.
