Betfair just void my winning bet.. pls help

hi guys.. woke up this morning and just realise betfair took out some money from my account and void my winning bets.. pls help guys.. i am really sure the horse won and the payout was in my account. then this morning just realise some of my money missin so i check my account and notice there was 2 winning bets void. pls help guys .. what should i do now?

Only way i can see is did u placed bet before the off. For them to void bet if placed after the off .

Just looked up the result of your 2nd bet at Kilarney.
Both horses were pulled up so that bet is void.

If you look up the result of your first bet you might find a reason.

Cant find the Killarney race, have you got the right time? but the the one at Suffolk Downs seems OK

1st one was a winner only need to see what time did u place bet and the time of the off

off time for race 6 was usa time 15h.23.48sec so u need to find what time did u place bet

worse thing about void bets on usa racing is the lopside book so it better to close book 1 min before the off due to suspend monkey pressing too early or too late at off time sometimes

i am very sure i got the us race right cause i bet 2 horses at the same time. the took out money from the losing horse but the winning horse they void it??
