I just keep refreshing the screen and eventually the full page loads.

You are not alone, I have a problem loading the banners in Google Chrome, I deleted cookies and cleared cache, but it keeps loading up strangely, with overlaying banners or no banners ???

Outpost,yeah its fine on the racing page now,but still says loading on the forum page

All - I'm told there was a release at our end which made things such as those you are describing happen for a while. Things should be getting back to normal now. Apologies.

had the same problem, fecker kept loading beta, thought when you opt out , thats it no chance on getting it again, ...no chance of getting rid of it more like..seems like they are trying to force it on everyone...

forum works ok but everything else feels shaky.
can't rid myself of beta ..won't click to old.
won't place a bet at present. don't trust the site

yesterday was appalling here, it seem a bit less dreadful today.

I was stuck in Beta the other day.
had to log out and go back in again to get rid of it.

last night it wouldn't even let me log out for half hour
