If you are winning then you are winning off of others losing and either way Betfair get their commission so they really don't mind either way, so on the whole would have no reason to close any accounts due to winning too much or too often.
Taking it to the extremes I suppose if you won on the multiples or Betfair SP, presumably you would be winning from Betfair but I would have thought that angle was only a small percentage of how people bet on here anyway.

They don't close your account but will take 20% of your weekly profit to start with and if you are consistent and make £250,000 they will double that and in some cases treble it.
