Had technical problems for the free £50 in play bet, and have refunded all stakes, fair play. I managed to bet Italy at 10/11 to qualify, 10/11 no first goal(free in play bet) and noticed an extra £50 credited to the account with an apology!

Best firm out there by a mile imo, though I rarely ask for more than a score or two and don't follow gambles in. They took away 4/1 offer long ago but left it at that.

I'm not too sure how anyone can consider Bet£3.65 the best firm out there. Getting on with them is a nightmare, and having technical faults at half time during England's quarter final is pretty appalling n the first place.

Just put this up on the footy forum...not a big bettor but best company out there by a distance for us small players.I appreciate the bigger punters have trouble in getting on but that applies to every bookmaker out there in bookieland.

I backed the draw with them. didnt even know about the $50 in play free bet offer or the technical problems, and $50 extra had been placed into my account today, so fair play to them. In aus we also have to ring up to place a bet in the run by law, so the technical outage would not have affected me anyway.
