I had a couple of quid on Oh Right to be placed and feel very aggrieved...any chance of it being promoted to third?

Yes it will keep the race. If it was in France it would be DQ, if it was here in Ireland there would be no stewards enquiry.

really out to be disualified. Without interfering it simply wouldnt have been in a position to win. It also gained the place from molesting the other guy

its an odd one. the UK stewarding rules i respect of interference are poor. The polar opposite of the US where they are way OTT. difficult to see it getting chucked. INtereference has taken place and it has affected the outcome becuase he's gained an advantage by man handling the other horse despite the fact that the runner up had nothing to do with it he should be Disqualified imo, but probably wont. odds look about right to me tbh.
