saddo there was a site called dontwork.co.uk and it started a free site usually tipping back bets at 10/1 or close to it then it became a pay site and someone posted the tip free on the forum so the main man involved stopped the info for the site and it went from 30% winners at 10/1 plus to 10% winners at 5/4 or shorter it clearly stands to reason if someone is losing money due to freebies being offered the sh1t will hit the fan sooner or later.

R Hughes rode that horse very suspect though not suggesting it was held up for the wrong reasons
but hes a front runner that's bred to stay and Richard planted him 3 lengths off the next horse out with the washing and he finished around 5 lengths off the winner after getting knocked about like a cork and I don't imagine for one minute that that wasn't a positively enterprising effort

But I fully expect when that horse is running soon at 11-12 furlong or dropped in distance to hose in with a forward drive instead of the gear stick in reverse.

If your going to lay a horse you should be aiming at sub 5.0 as 5.0-10.0 is account clean out odds

I haven't attempted lay tipping yet but its not rocket science to find exposed horses that are short odds and submerged in better rated fields as bookmakers have built empires on this formula and its firmly still intact though high street joints prefer safe machine vacuuming of punters cash as opposed to levy linked horse laying nowadays plus it keeps them flexing their low life business practices...

The odds are irrelevant if you lay to lose a fixed amount within your bankroll.  imo the reason to only lay short is that the hyped/overbet horses are usually in the shorter prices.
