What a happy chappy, point 8 of his list of what annoys him probably sums up the letter to a tee.

Some very good points in his letter.The guy does know what he is talking about.Nobody can pretend that the state of racing is in a good position at the moment.
Did he make any suggestions as to what should be done?
Racing is at the mercy of bookmakers, who in turn are at the mercy of shareholders, who want short term profits ( and as big a profit as they can get)
Neither they nor bookmakers have Racing's best interests at heart, so what is the solutioN?
