Steve was having dizzy spells, and not aloud to ride or drive, there still not sure what or why.
|
|
By:
He fainted or had a black out at home which when revealed meant he couldn't drive or ride but it seems like it was a one off and tests found nothing, so he hopes to be back soon when given the all clear but has still been riding out in the mornings at Roger Charlton's.
I suppose it a similar situation to when Alan Munro had a fit that time and had to take time off until being medically passed to ride again. |

By:
similar, to Alan Monro, went racing a couple of times with AM, when he came back.

chaveman, that is the sort of talk you get in racing, particularly in the press and tv, talk talkers, it's called waffle, it was sort of contradicting yourself,'good on sprinters but won the derby', i think you will find Alan got that tag because he rode for Bill O'Gorman, and Bill did sort of specialise with sprinters. mainly precocious 2yo's that he would sell on, Alan rode Bill's Timeless Times 2yo 16 or wins, and rode Bill's good sprinter Macs Imp, so as like Geoff Lewis at one time rode a fair few sprinters for Epsom trainer like the Sutcliffs and Staf Ingham, the press said he could only ride sprinters, "Mill Reef, springs to mind", so cavman, i dont think your that new to this game, and Alan like Geoff Lewis, were and in Alan's case, still is more than capable of ridding winners over any trip. as i said, "Press Waffle".
