I don't like to question frankel, but there's enough rubbish about BC for me to post some stuff.
I'm a little bit surprised people aren't, at least a little bit, unconvinced. I want to see what he does in open company to be honest. After all, his form has hardly been franked (pardon the pun) by anyone. Dubawi gold has been awful since resuming. His closest challenger in the st james palace stakes Zoffany) ran terribly after that race and hardly set the world alight before it. Excellebration lies in much the same boat as frankel. Immortal verse was well beaten in Japan. **** Turpin who came in 8 1/2 lengths behind frankel on champions day lost by 4 1/2 lengths to immortal verse just a couple of races earlier and got done 6L by canford cliffs earlier in the season. And yes I know he beat Canford Cliffs, but honestly if you take form out of that then you shouldn't punt. It was a few furlong sprint, Canford Cliffs only beat rio de plata or w/e its name is by 2 1/2 lengths. Despite beating it home by 5L at ascot earlier in the season. |

Black Caviar Recently set a track record and along with her winning record that has come with such ease one can assume that she will be the hardest horse in the world to beat at 7 furlong on any track though unfair tracks are not fit for her style or prestige as its all about horse power and she is "simply the best", Frankel also is a great horse but has he really met anybody good yet?

Any horse that can get a track record running in 2nd gear is not only special but probably one of the greatest ever as I have never seen a horse take a track record without the pedal hitting the floor, "a very basic observsation but profound non the less".
