I was just about to post the same on the "Wide Draw on Soft Ground" thread.
In answer to your question though it might just be that connections of the runner in 11 fancy a day out even if the draw is against them. I also see that Tom Dascombe's two are entered tomorrow, one drawn 1 and the other 12. Will be interesting to see if either runs given I doubt the ground will be any different. |

Been out all morning and came on here when I saw the withdrawals for this race .These withdrawals make early price markets a joke but that won't concern these trainers. Hope BHA are monitoring which trainers do this . Consideration must be given to withdrawing serial offenders' right to self certificate . Any vet who issues a certificate with the main purpose of avoiding a bad draw should be hauled up before whatever the vets equivalent of the General Medical Council . A responsible qualified vet - like Mark Johnston - would never condon this sort of practice........ would he?
