I am considering taking around a 50% reduction in my profit margins (currently by taking early BOG prices) and switching to Betfair SP. The reason for this is so I can always get my bets on as I am starting to get my bookie accounts limited now. Before I do a trial run betting at Betfair SP, I wanted to know if the projected SP accurate? If so, is it accurate at a certain time of the day before the race? Also, is near or far projections the best early in the morning.

Projected SP is definitely NOT accurate.

Despite Betfair's hype in my experience Projected SP
is just a random number within 10% of the final SP.

Back to the drawing board for Betfair they can do much better.

Projections change as the market evolves so they can never be accurate.

This is probably not what you mean but as with most bookies sp is generally better than taking a price.

I agree with WatchDog and moondan. Not at all accurate.
