BF any chance you getting the live video working without hitches however small everyday it cause me to curse at how useless you lot are at providing a decent service to us ,,,and b4 you say refresh ,delete ,cache etc its at your end so SORT IT asap or its BETFAIR R.I.P.

have not seen a full race on LV without interference or a problem in about 3 months
Have stopped complaining, just assume that this is normal service level now and live video without hitches is history |

I think it's quite sad for all the employees involved with the live video - they are now operating at a level of such woeful incompetance that they must aimply accept it - and that they could never find another job ... it's a bit like an old communist institution - total nad utter contempt for the customer

Just scrolled down and found this thread after having problems with BLV
not watched a race in a good while until today so can someone tell me what is this new format please as it seems to have rendered half of the LV's completely useless for me Just a black box where the player doesn't actually load had no problems with it at the start of year when betting IR |

still got the same issue with videos not loading
don't think its a blv issue however , prob tweaked a setting on my laptop by mistake farked if i know what it is tho |
