A friend of mine is looking for somebody who wants to buy one of his liver's or kidney's.He needs the money quite urgently and he would not be reverse to somebody harvesting his organs if they were willing to pay for them.Does anybody know the going rate for,say a liver,for example please ?....and if so what medical establishmants will carry out the procedure ?
