I used to ring them but it was a waste of time. You have to explain what a stewards enquiry is.
They opened it up under

Think betfair need a visit from a Troubleshooter,to get rid of the dead wood.For all the money they make the service is terrible,people used to recommend them to friends,now it's the opposite.
